♥ Spring Jewellery Trends ♥

Hello!

Spring is finally creeping up on us....the sun is shining, the buds are popping out of the trees....and it's still kinda freezing...but hey! We can still swoon over the gorgeous new spring jewellery trends right?

From looking at the runways this year, jewellery is set to be a mixture of bold chunky gemstones, Brass (and lots of it), chokers, 'Hippy Chic' jewellery brimming with Semi-Precious gems, tiny Seed beads and Leather Cords, oh and tassels.....lots of tassels (my favourite!:). I'm loving the mix of large bold statement jewellery following on from last year, and the small delicate pieces using tiny beads, fine cords and daninty chains.

'Hippy Shake' boho jewellery. Tassel bracelet by Stella Jean and delicate long beaded feather necklace by Etro.

This new asymetrical / mismatched earring trend is a particular favourite of mine! Can't decide which pair of earrings to wear? Wear one in each ear! Beautiful Gold asymetrical earrings by Nina Ricci and red/Green jewelled drops by Oscar De La Renta.

Brass has made a prominent appearance on the runways for spring 2015. Luxurious Estate Earrings by Dolce & Gabbana and these beautiful seashore inspired rings are by Valentino. 

Relic inspired pendants including designs by Celine, Emporio Armani and Derek Lam.

Chanel's take on the friendship bracelet is really bright and fresh. Brass bangles with a message entwined with colourful cords.

More beaded, feathery awesomeness from Etro.

Why not try creating your own boho inspired necklace by using semi-precious stones, seed beads and hemp cord to create charms to hang from a simple Silver chain?
