Dear Customer!

Please note we can offer products from Swarovski, Toho, Miyuki and much more. If you would like to order any Wholesale products that may be out of stock. A member of our customer services team will help you with your enquiry. Please note very large order can take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

  1. Email quantity required and product code to our customer services team.
  2. BeadsJar will let you know the approximate timescales, on getting your products to our warehouse.
  3. A proforma invoice will be raised. Full payment will be needed of this invoice in order to process your order.
  4. Once payment has been received we will contact our suppliers for the estimated delivery date into our Warehouse.
  5. Once arrived into our warehouse we will post your products out to you with a tracking number.


Returns Policy

Please note we can only offer a refund or an exchange for wholesale items that are in their original and unopened packaging. For further information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
