Delivery Information
We aim to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every customer, with fast processing and Clear delivery options.
All orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are processed for dispatch on the same working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery Charges
Standard UK & Republic of Ireland delivery – £1.99 for non-tracked items * Royal Mail Tracked 24 – tracked 1–2 day delivery ** Royal Mail Tracked 48 – tracked 2–3 day delivery ** Orders over £20 qualify for Free Delivery (UK only) *** Free Collect from our premises (Monday–Friday, 12:30pm–14:30pm) **** There is no minimum order value. However, for orders below £5, an additional £1 handling charge applies.
Delivery charges to Europe are based on weight and destination zone. Items with higher weight may incur an additional fee. Deliveries outside Europe are also calculated by weight.
Delivery takes place Monday–Saturday. Please allow 2–5 working days for UK delivery, 5–7 working days for Europe, and 7–10 working days for international destinations (Bank Holidays excluded).

**** Same-day collections available between 12:30pm and 14:30pm. Parcels not collected by 14:30pm will be moved to the next working day collection slot.
