Recently, some of our customers have experienced that they have not always been able to pay for their order and some of them may have even had the impression that they weren't heard because support didn't respond in a timely manner. We value each and every one of our customers very much.

Yes, it does happen that due to the high volume of support calls, sometimes an email may go unnoticed (unfortunately). Not the least of which is the thousands of emails from spammers, in which an important email from a customer can accidentally get lost. For this we sincerely apologise. We endeavour to review every email and find a solution to any situation that arises.

At the moment, in order to simplify the ordering process for our customers, our IT department has been working on improving the payment system, and will continue to work in this direction. The security levels and speed of order placement have been improved. Accordingly: it should be better now.

We are currently in the testing phase of the system. If for some reason you are unable to pay for your order, please try clearing your browser cache (see here for instructions) or use a different browser. We realise that this may be a little confusing for you and hope for your understanding.

Our IT experts have drunk two buckets of coffee to keep up with the technical innovations and demands of today's world. Sometimes, it's harder than we'd like it to be. We try to make your experience of using our site a little more comfortable.

Perhaps we should clarify: we accept Visa and MasterCard by entering the card details in the card data entry fields.

You can also pay for your order via PayPal. If you click on the PayPal option, the system will redirect you to the PayPal page, where you can also choose to pay by card (no registration required) or through a PayPal account (if you have). This payment method accepts almost all known payment cards.

Both methods have a high level of security, as the payment is made through the PayPal payment gateway. In both cases, you can pay for your purchase without registering with PayPal itself (even though it would really like to) - it's just a payment gateway.

For the security of your data, we are unable to accept orders over the phone.
