♥ Fashion at Cannes 2015! ♥

Hello!

This week i've been having a nosey at the gowns and jewellery worn by the stars at this years Cannes film festival. I have to say....i was shocked at how many celebs opted to wear no jewellery at all and simply let their clothes do the talking. For the ones that did jewels....they went all out. Diamonds and chunky colourful gemstones were a massive hit this year.

Naomi Watts dazzled in a beautiful beaded/sequined Ellie Saab gown and stunning diamond tassel necklace by Bulgari...

Lupita Nyongo wore a super summery Green Gucci gown with a gorgeous floral jewelled collar and neckline, finished off with a pair of long drop Chopard earrings. Wow.....

Diane Kruger kept accessories to a minimum with this beautiful beaded and sequined rose dress by Dolce & Gabbana...

Melanie Laurent wore an even more ornate gown covered in thousands of Silver sequins and Swarovski Crystals, accessorized with a pair of chunky Gold gemstone earrings... 

This has got to be my favourite piece of jewellery at Cannes this year, worn by Sienna Miller. An ornate diamond collar by Bulgari.....how many diamonds??! It contrasts beautifully with her layered Black Sonia Rykiel gown from the pre-Autumn/Winter 2015 Collection....

Last but not least, i couldn't not notice Rachel Weiss's gorgeous vivid Blue tassel earrings simply because they reminded me so much of our colourful suede tassels! These earrings could be easily re-created by attaching the tassels to a length of loose chain, then suspended from a pair of simple fishhook earwires...
