This fantastic easy to use Hotfix/rhinestone pick up pencil is made from wax and paper. It has a light stickyness for easily holding embellishments. The wax tip picks up the tiniest of stones allowing you to manoeuvre them into your required positions without any residue or fuss. Perfect for small embellishments such as crystals and rhinestones.
