This ready made fine diamond Heart necklace is composed of two beautiful and distinct heart shaped pendants. The larger puffed heart pendant is encrusted with 52 sparkling cubic zirconias stones, set in 18K rose Gold plate and the smaller puffed heart pendant is plain with a bright polish finish.
