Glovers Needles are heavy needles that have special triangulated tips that allow them to easily pierce thick materials such as Leather, suede, and plastic. Designed for sewing hides. Leather needles are sometimes referred to as Glovers needles as years ago glove-makers used them. John James is a brand in itself and are highly recommended by many leather workers, because of their high quality and durability. Our size 7 needles are 37mm and allow for detailed and precise needlework as well as in Soutache work. The smaller the needle size the larger the size of the needle. Glover needles come in sizes from size 1 to 12. (Product sold is size 7).
